YESTERDAY

YESTERDAY I WALKED
THROUGH GARDEN’S ROSE
I WANDERED DOWN
THE LONELY ROAD
I KEPT ALONG
TILL END OF DAY
NEVER KNOWING
WHERE I’D WAKE
THE GRAVEL ROAD
I’D WALK ACROSS
MAKE MY WAY
THROUGH FIELDS OF FROST
FROZEN BLADES
FOLD UNDER FOOT
COLD IT GROWS
INTO THE ROOTS
IT RISES WARM
THE MORNING SUN
WARMS THE GRASS
TILL DAY IS DONE
STROLL ACROSS
THE BROKEN BRIDGE
LEADS ME TO
A LONELY RIDGE
I SIT ON EDGE
DANGLING FEET
WAY DOWN BELOW
ARE SWAYING TREES
ON THIS PERCH
I WILL STAY
THINKING OF
MY YESTERDAY

Emerald Gardens

Sunday we went to the Japanese Cultural Festival at the Seattle Center. There wasn't too much going on so we decided to go Emerald Gardens to fulfill our thirst for Japanese culture.

The ducks kind of rule this place, one walked right up to Jianna.

The sun was even out, no spring snow on the west side.

Jianna took this picture, of me and Janae'. Not too bad for a four year old.

It was a pretty fun day, we had sandwiches at Philly Fever, went on some rides at Seattle center, went to a birthday party, the Jianna finished off the day bowling with one of her best friends, Gabby.

I wanted to start a blog so here it goes. This is an intro while I set up the blog and try to think of something interesting to post.
